Hi, I'm Abdisamad, a photographer and videographer based in Richmond, BC, working across Greater Vancouver.
I started out shooting sports: soccer matches, fast action and cinematic game footage. Game day teaches you to read light in a second, frame tight and never miss the moment. I bring that same eye for composition, light and detail to every listing.
Condo, family home or luxury listing, the goal stays the same: clean, bright, true-to-life photos that show each space at its best and help agents bring in buyers.

How fast do I get my photos?
Listing photos arrive the next morning, edited and sized for MLS, your website and Instagram. Walkthrough videos take three days.
Which areas do you cover?
I'm based in Richmond and cover Vancouver, Richmond and Surrey with travel included. Somewhere else in Metro Vancouver? Ask, and I'll quote the travel up front.
Do you edit out problems in the home?
I fix light, color and lens distortion so every room looks the way it does in person. I don't hide damage or add furniture that isn't there. BC's real estate regulator has fined agents for altered listing photos, and it isn't worth the risk to your license.
What if it's raining?
This is Rain City. Interiors shoot beautifully in any weather. For exteriors we can wait for a brighter part of the day, or book a twilight shoot, when wet pavement actually looks great.
How should I get the home ready?
Turn on every light, open the blinds, clear the counters, and put away cords, mail and family photos. Ten minutes of prep makes a big difference.
